Evaluate Requirements

The Evaluate requirements button allows you to view the program requirements and check if the requirements were met. From the Evaluate Requirements page, you can also certify the certificant, make that all requirement are met, and select the certificant's status.

Using the Evaluate Requirements Page

  1. Go to Modules>Certification > Certificant > Find, Query, or Add Certificant > Individual Certificants Profile.
  2. Click the Evaluate requirements button. The Evaluate Requirements page opens.
  3. Do the following with the fields described below for the populated certificant and program code.

    requirements summaryScroll to view a list of requirements and an answer to the question are they complete? Under Requirement Type, you'll see the name of the requirement. Under Complete?, you'll see one of three answers: N/A, Yes and No.
    all requirements met?Use the information in requirements summary to decide if you should check this box: yes, or leave it blank: no.
    certified?Use the information in requirements summary to decide if you should check this box: yes, or leave it blank: no.
    statusSelect a status from the drop-down list.
  4. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Individual Certificants Profile. Click the Cancel button to return to the Individual Certificants Profile without saving your changes.
